Returns and refunds for on line purchases

The following policy is valid for customers who submit an online purchase without the meeting in the atelier.

If, for any reason, you want to return an item, please contact me within two days of delivery.

Please ship the item back within seven days of delivery.

To be eligible for refund the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I will not accept refund’s request after seven days from the delivery date.

The delivery date is registered in the shipping history of your package’s tracking number.

If you purchased an item in my atelier, you can return it within seven days.

To be eligible for refund the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

I will not accept refund’s request after seven days from the date of purchase.

I will not refund damaged items and items not contained in their original packaging.

 

Returns and refund of custom Wedding dresses purchased in the atelier

In case you want to return a custom wedding dress, designed with me in the atelier and made in your measurements after several dress fittings, please contact me within two days from the date you picked-up your dress.

In this case you will be eligible for a partial refund as the deposit will not be refunded.

To be eligible for refund the dress must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

I will not accept refund’s request after seven days from the pick-up date.

I will not refund damaged items and items not contained in their original packaging.

This policy is also valid in case of online payment after the appointments and the fittings in the atelier.

Questa policy rimane valida anche in caso di pagamento on line dopo le prove in atelier.

At the moment the returns and refunds policy is only available in Italian.
